These sensors are specially developed to precisely detect movements. They are used in mobile devices and vibration monitoring systems. Their main purpose is to save energy when there is no movement – ideal for GPS modules, active RFID transponders, bike computers, remote controls and many other applications. Thanks to their reliability and efficiency, they help to make your devices even smarter and more sustainable.

The sensor contains a high-quality coated microsphere that can move freely in the chamber cavity. The slightest movement or vibration changes the position of the ball, causing it to make or break contact with the gold-plated contact surfaces. These impulses are precisely detected by the customer electronics and converted into switching commands that can be optimally adapted to your application. If no more movement is registered, your electronics switch to an energy-saving mode after an application-specific delay time.

These micro tilt sensors were developed to detect precise changes in position and movements of a mobile device. They are particularly useful in applications where high sensitivity and low power consumption are required. They are often used in security and alarm systems to detect changes in position or movement.

Three freely movable, gold-plated microspheres work inside the sensor and are connected in parallel. This design ensures maximum signal reliability, as reliable signal states are generated even with minimal movements or vibrations. Thanks to their compact design and simple integration, the sensors are ideal for use in small electronic devices – without complicated signal evaluation.
